World to start off with booking.com and resort that we are staying at was not the same as the picture second there was a frozen Tao in the fridge then I killed two white tips spiders and then one was actually walking on the bed while the two kids were sleeping I killed couple of cockroaches in that same room and then I called up management and I said they want to give me a credit at the same place why would you want to stay at the same place not just refund

Not much,one room the air conditioner did not work , moved us to another room,the tv did not work,in another room the blinds to the street did not close,we had to put towels up so people could not see in,cokroachinthe sink in the bathroom,hole in the wall,the stairs and walkway was stained an very dirty,the bed was clean and comfortable,I feel they should pay me back,also the button on the toilet did not have a cap on it hurt. You’re finger every time you flushed,it was disgusting.

The room was nice and clean with plenty of lighting and power sockets. On arrival, the room was already cool as the air conditioner had been turned on prior to arrival. Great shower and comfortable bed. The only downside was the ridge in middle of bed as it was two single beds pushed together. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided together with biscuits. Very quiet except for occasional traffic noise.
